How do you turn a learner into a discoverer?

  1. Nurture the yawp.
  2. Revive child-like curiosity and imagination.
  3. Identify invisible yawpers.
  4. Create spaces for self-inspiration.
  5. Teach how to ask good questions.
  6. Select motivated students.
  7. Give creative, open-ended problems.
  8. Set complete expectations.
  9. Let the student be the expert.
  10. Give close guidance, and build community
